With over 30-years experience spanning all functions of People and Culture, including consulting experience in Australia and Europe. I am your 'go-to' interim People and Culture leader and leadership consultant for all your People and Culture development initiatives and challenges.
Over the last 20-years I have held senior leadership roles across various industries including: solar/renewables, Fintech, FMCG, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, retail and membership organisations.
I have led People and Culture teams in the US, Europe and Asia and am proficient working within employment law and compliance covering more than 30 countries.
